Update for tomorrow

Hello Everyone,

I want to thank all of you for coming to the hackathon and working hard all weekend! I went around and spoke with most of you, but I wanted to be sure to send out a note to make sure I get the information infront of all of you. We'll open the doors at 7:00 AM tomorrow morning and will kick off the Science Fair Round of judging promptly at 8:30 AM. You must submit your pitch deck to Devpost by 8:30 AM.

The Science Fair will run from 8:30 - 11:00 AM, but your team must be in attendance for the entire time. You will be assigned times to meet with evaluators who will down-select to the top eight (8) teams who will be finalists. You will meet individually with seven (7) evaluators.

You will have seven minutes with each evaluator for pitching your concept and answering questions. It's up to you how you use that time. I recommend that you look at the Judging Criteria at the bottom of the main page of the Devpost as that will be exactly what the evaluators judge your concept by.

For the pitch deck, build it like you're going to make it to the final round and this is the presentation you're going to give to the judges. I highly recommend you use it during the Science Fair round as practice for making it to the finals.
